What do you like most?
I like the most possibility to respond on reviews from couple of sources in one place. I like very much sentiments score to analyse each detail. I also like the AI responses which save lots of time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Adding possibility to respond for Expedia, Agoda reviews. More clear filtering. I would like to be improved the possibility to change wrongly pointed sentiments.
