What I like most is the possibility of centralizing information and monitoring operational processes in just one app. Communication between departments and task tracking have become easier.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Improve the stability and integration of the platform with the PMS, since sometimes the connection between the two systems does not work properly, causing synchronization failures and some confusion in operational processes.
