What do you like most?
The biggest advantage of Hoteza products is the comprehensive approach to a hotel's business needs. They take into account all modern trends in guest services for the 21st-century hotel such as mobile app, web app, television, digital signage with centralized CMS system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As a discerning client of a luxury hotel, I expect greater flexibility in the product and its implementation. This would allow us to achieve not just a great, but a truly unique solution. The product must adapt to the hotel's specific business processes and standards to the fullest extent, rather than offering a generic, off-the-shelf approach.
