What I appreciate most is how effortlessly SuitePad blended into the flow of the stay. Everything a guest needs is just one touch away, making the experience feel smoother, quieter, and more personal. It adds a layer of comfort that felt both modern and discreetly luxurious.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I believe the experience could be further enhanced by adding a voice-call or WhatsApp option directly to the reception. It would offer an even more personal and immediate way for guests to connect when needed.
