What do you like most?
The interface is clear and understandable, the app / the program is intuitive to use and the workflows are understandable
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Tablets partially overlap when operated synchronously. This leads to confusion within individual bookings and the data gets mixed up. Online bookings automatically remain on leisure individually. We sometimes still change this manually when information is available. This distorts the statistics for business customers and is a source of error. When we mark rooms as checked / dirty in MEWS at the reception, it does not update with Flexkeeping
