What do you like most?
We like the effectiveness of tracking and logging maintenance issues. Regarding the Security walks it's essential to monitor the walks are completed. Our contact Katherine in Snapfix is very helpful and efficient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes there can be issues after an update, logging staff out, security walks not uploading but all are fixed when I contact Katherine.
