A straightforward overview of all reviews, including automatic response generation. Easy to use – even for new employees, it's simple to operate and learn.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would like a simpler integration with different platforms (interfaces). We miss a simple graphical presentation (we find the site too clean).
