What do you like most?
The backend is intuitive and responsive. Consolidating reviews in a single backend is a huge help in responding to all the portals. Many reviews previously slipped through the cracks. The developers' promises were also implemented quickly, so after just a few days of use, we were able to respond directly to reviews from other portals via the backend. Copy and paste is no longer necessary, even with Expedia – fantastic! We haven't switched to autopilot yet, but we're confident that in a few weeks it will be possible to automatically respond to positive reviews. A tremendous time-saver! Support has always been easily accessible, quick to respond, and able to either provide immediate assistance or present a solution within a very short time after consultation. Now we're eager to see what further insights the GEO report will provide about our online presence. It's a pleasure to work with such good partners who know how to focus on what matters most!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The widget for the website, which displays reviews, includes slightly more personal details than we would for our own website, but I'm sure we can optimize it to our liking after consulting with support. Since we've been using very individualized texts to respond to reviews, I often preferred the second generated response to the first. I think a guide or recommendations for prompting would further enhance the product.
