What do you like most?
The Roommaster system allows us to integrate the booking engines within our own hotel website. The process wasn't the easiest to set up and understand for us, however the customer support we received from Ahmed El Gindy & Kostas Christopoulos was extremely helpful. Ahmed really did provide us with the help we needed and without him we would have really struggled. Now that the system is operational, the automatic bookings are all working well including the external booking engine.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Setup could be a little more user friendly. Perhaps we just didn't appreciate how much information we required to input ourselves. Having some issues with understanding what we required to provide, the setup took longer than we expected. We will understand the system more as we begin to work with it and hopefully the many areas of reporting can be utilised better as we begin to form our own system of working.
