What do you like most?
It's a very easy-to-use tool that saves us a lot of work. It also provides each guest with perfectly presented and clear offers, ensuring ideal guest information and encouraging them to book directly. Thanks to the interface with the PMS, there are no transmission errors.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Improved communication/synchronization of bookings between the PMS and re.guest (in both directions). Currently, some actions still need to be performed in parallel.
