What do you like most?
To date, there are certain graphs and reports that are useful to us. Also, the ability to connect from anywhere.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Unfortunately, there is far too much use of Anglicisms, reports do not match up, and there is no direct training (only virtual); the software is complex, and it is impossible to include different types of service in a single booking—for example, a guest wanting a stopover rate one night and a B&B rate the next cannot do so within one and the same reservation.
