What do you like most?
Think helps us with everything we do! Our marketing consultant, Wendy Huggins, is absolutely amazing and truly she feels like a gift! The booking engine is continually improving, the support team is second to none, and we absolutely love our Think Website! We utilize Think Marketing to help us manage our online ads, they help us with our newsletters, blogs, and social media. The guidance we receive is provided in a way that makes sense and feels doable. The Booking Engine is intuitive, we can find what we're looking for when we need it. The capabilities continue to improve all of the time, we love how new features are rolled out to make management easier! We recently switched our website to ThinkWeb and it's been the best move. We can easily make changes to the site and the Think team is always ready to help us update pages, write new content, and all in a timely manner. Simply put, we are thrilled!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We can't wait for Think to create a new and improved app for our phones! We're always on the go, always checking a room, always chatting with a guest and we think a refreshed app will be awesome!
