What do you like most?
Easy to use Good for generating additional revenue. Over the last few months we have started using DUVE to its potential and results are amazing. Very useful for guest comms via email or whatsapp.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Support team is too busy look after multiple hotels so things keeps on have to be follow-up up. F&B model needs some serious development. It is such a useful tool and has so much potential though.
