What do you like most?
Guest messaging easy to schedule. It helps a lot to push our internal activation and create opportunities for upsells and communicate.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Systems integration are not so easy to do. A an example we don't have internal IT manager or system support and as operator this is quite challenging (Symphony). Duve should provide this service and assist for the integration.
