Lighthouse is a useful tool, but Forecast Predictions for my property are unreliable

What do you like most?
Lighthouse has a lot of very useful tools and I mainly use the Segmentation Drilldown to complete my End of the month reports and watch pace and search for missing/underperforming segments. I use the Snapshot Day by Day to shop my rates against the competitive set daily. I also use the Market Segmentation breakdown for updating my Forecast Segmentation breakdown, in another system. I use the Events Tab to add all upcoming Annual and/or new Events that will impact the city and my immediate compset.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The Snapshot Forecast Predictor, for my location, is not very reliable and fluctuates drastically from the beginning of the month to the end of the month, and will hopefully improve with more historical data, as we were converted to Candlewood in Oct2022.
