What do you like most?
Profitroom has been an important partner in helping us grow our direct business strongly. We particularly value the continuous development of the platform, from the booking engine and Loyalty Programme to more recent innovations such as the AI Agent. For a small, independently run hotel, having technology that supports direct sales while continuing to evolve is extremely valuable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area that could be further improved is the personalisation of reporting. As every hotel has different priorities and KPIs, having more flexibility to customise dashboards and reports around the metrics most relevant to the individual business would make the platform even more useful, particularly for smaller teams that need to access key insights quickly.
