Duve makes guest communication more reliable and enables true one-to-one marketing. It's excellent for building a closer, more personal relationship between in-house guests and the front desk team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Improve Duve's AI responses to guests, it's still a bit behind compared to other virtual assistants. It doesn't always provide the right feedback, or deliver the quality of response we were expecting.
