What do you like most?
Very easy. Good overview. Nice product. If you have 2 properties cool to switch betwen them. Extras like Online Check-In and Online Check-Out are also really nice.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Support could be faster / more helpful. Would be nice to send the prestay letter in advance individual. So to send it like 7 days before arrival instead of 2 (each property should be able to set this individually. A nice to have would be to send the confirmation without rates to the guest.
