What do you like most?
I have the opportunity to send a personalized response to all guests who have previously stayed at the hotel with the help of AI. With this, I can greatly improve the engagement of the guests, while saving a lot of time thanks to the system used. The professional language used by AI is extremely selective and gives professionally correct answers. Thanks to the available statistics and reports, guest satisfaction and service quality can be perfectly measured, evaluated and compared. It provides exceptional assistance in maintaining consistently high quality.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Since our hotel participated in the development as a kind of pilot hotel, most of the functions we suggested have already been incorporated into the software, thanks to which the guest's impression can be seen at the same time and an appropriate answer can be given with 100% accuracy with a single click.
