What do you like most?
Customer service. Once I'm able to talk to someone they are very polite and helpful. Very knowledgable of the product. I became frustrated and hung up. I remember what a positive experiences I had with Ammar Kaddoura. So, I called him asking for his help. He was more than willing to help me. He turned what had been a very frustrating situation into a positive ending.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The on-hold process is very long and frustrating. And the hold music is terrible. Have a better stock innovatory of the product. the parts I needed were 10 weeks out.
