What do you like most?
During my discussions with Cendyn, what I appreciated most was the speed and availability of the interlocutors (particularly Marjorie Theisen) who was always available to answer problems concerning websites but also other subjects such as SEA, Metasearch etc...
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There have already been some great improvements in recent months, such as the DMP platform, which allows for great autonomy for the customer. The platform for sending tickets seems less intuitive to me than emails, but for ticket tracking it's a good thing. Regarding metasearches, we can see the website vs. OTA parity, but we can't get the details of which reseller displayed a price lower than that of the official website.
