What do you like most?
Hotel content delivered in an easy to use graphical interface. Eliminates the paper compendium, saves money. Changes to the content done "on the fly". Improves efficiency through real-time notification of guest requests. Integration to many systems. Weekly status meetings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Technical support during and post installation. Communication with Intelity Team outside of the weekly status meetings. Google Developer Account difficult to establish.
