What do you like most?
We really appreciate to present our services and activties in the area to our guests and the online check in is also helpful as it speeds up the whole check in process.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The marketing towards guests could be better. At the moment we feel there is rather a marketing towards hotels/clients and common people do not know MyStay and what to expect.
