They always bring updates 2 - 4 weeks with some great news or updated tools. So I don't have anything specific to be improved.
What does this product or service do well?
We have integrated our Optima PMS with MyStay app and self service kiosk in a very short time. The process was professional and efficient and all features work perfectly. The products allow a complete check in from MyStay products and affect optima PMS immediately and online.

It supports all the requirements of the Czech Republic as I am sure it does in other countries. It supports main guest information as well as all guests staying in the room, as required in the Czech Republic. All in all - seems like a good and efficient product.

There are many such products on the market with different abilities and features. Select the one that meets your needs and make sure it is fully integrated with your PMS, otherwise you may be stuck with something that doesn't work.
