What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

We have integrated our Optima PMS with MyStay app and self service kiosk in a very short time. The process was professional and efficient and all features work perfectly. The products allow a complete check in from MyStay products and affect optima PMS immediately and online.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

It supports all the requirements of the Czech Republic as I am sure it does in other countries. It supports main guest information as well as all guests staying in the room, as required in the Czech Republic. All in all - seems like a good and efficient product.

There are many such products on the market with different abilities and features. Select the one that meets your needs and make sure it is fully integrated with your PMS, otherwise you may be stuck with something that doesn't work. Everything works perfectly. I can communicate with guests quickly and answer many questions immediately. Guests can check-in on-line prior to arrival.

So easy to communicate with guests. We love contactless Check-in and that we are able to verify ID, especially in COVID-19 times.

If there something to improve, we directly discuss it with MyStay support team and they immediately try to integrate our suggestions.

Saving and faster check-ins. Easy operation and clarity of content. The possibility of upselling and promotion of other services QR codes are great!

Sometimes slow upload of website. More text editing options. The currency would match automatically based on the language. Otherwise satisfaction for a small hotel.
