What do you like most?
Our guests appreciate the contact free way of using guest messaging. Our staff are all on the same page, using the app. We do not have to chase housekeepers on different floors for each room cleaning change. We feel we are a much more efficient team than we were before adopting HelloShift.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I like the simplicity so don't want it to change so much that it becomes unusable like many other software we have tried.
