What do you like most?
Based on my time/experience using the Cendyn booking engine I will say this product is simple to use. The tool is very dynamic with lots of options to customize your hotels rate strategy. The CRS is very user friendly and has great enhanced reports for data analytics. The are little to no connectivity issues or disruption of service. Over the years we've been so happy with Cendyn that we've merge all of our digital needs to Cendyn and now they manage our Website, digital marketing along with the CRS and booking engine.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think the look/display of the booking engine can use an update or revamp to offer different ways to display hotel products. Also it would be great to have the capability to authorize credit card through a secure portal that can interface with the property PMS and CRS
