What do you like most?
Highly customisable website templates designed by people who understand what’s needed to convert lookers into bookers. Great booking engine with scope to customise rates which is built into your website (no need to go off your website to a third party to book) and has increased our direct bookings from 15 - 70%. Great management software with constant new improvements. Definitely a game changer. Channel manager built in.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For those who prefer self-service, the ability to make connections to channels without needing Amenitiz to do it for you, but they are quick and responsive to requests. Recently introduced link to Google Hotel.
