What do you like most?
We particularly appreciate the clear structure and ease of use. The AI-powered response suggestions significantly simplify replying to guest reviews. This allows us to react more quickly and better address our guests feedback and requests. Furthermore, it's helpful that MARA Solutions automatically recognizes the language of the review and replies directly in the same language. This makes responding more personal and tailored to the guest.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Occasionally, the AI ​​misinterprets the sentiment of a review: Even if guests have entered "nothing" in the "negative"; column, for example, the AI ​​sometimes classifies the review as negative. This slightly skews the percentage rating downwards. A more precise recognition of the actual guest opinion would help here.
