What do you like most?
We particularly appreciate that Raitify allows us to intercept negative feedback and respond directly with the customer before it appears publicly on the relevant platforms. This enables us to identify problems early and work with the customer to find a solution. Another major advantage is that Raitify now offers interfaces to many popular review portals, making it extremely versatile. Furthermore, it's clear that the program is continuously being developed. New features and improvements are added regularly – Raitify is constantly evolving. This ongoing development is precisely what makes the tool so interesting and future-proof for us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We see room for improvement, especially in the AI-generated answer suggestions. In some cases, the wording still sounds very much like AI and doesn't necessarily reflect how a person would actually respond to an evaluation. Furthermore, certain phrases are repeated relatively frequently, making the answers seem somewhat monotonous over time. We would like to see more variety, more individualized wording, and an overall more natural, personal writing style. Ideally, the answers should be more tailored to the specific evaluation and sound less like a pre-defined template.
