Duve makes guest communication personalized and immediate. It is the perfect tool for larger properties that want to deliver tailor-made service through the optimization offered by AI and automation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think it would be difficult to improve such a polished product. However, one interesting feature could be added: a personalised guest itinerary. We have noticed that guests at our property often book multiple experiences, restaurant reservations, and activities, making it difficult for them to keep track of everything. A digital guest diary displaying all their bookings and scheduled activities in one place would help them organise their stay effortlessly and enjoy a more seamless, stress-free experience.
