What do you like most?
The efficiency of the software and team operating it as well as many many more direct bookings. The service is impeccable and the team go out of the way to make life easy for you.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I have used three different systems as of now and Profitroom outperforms all of the others. The pricing which is done on commission basis could be an issue for some hotels but for my hotel it works well as if they do a good job they make more money.
