What do you like most?
We like the SiteMinder Platform very much as it makes our operations, eliminating the need to manually update entries for each OTA anymore. The Booking Engine heightened our online presence and provide more bookings and revenue for our property. So our staff have more time to provide excellent service to the guests. The Insights help the team to optimize the pricing strategy to increase our occupancy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Personally, we think SiteMinder system is very good smoothen our operation and with the PayPal connection we could automate the deposit as well as creating non-refundable room rate for our direct booking. Thank you very much.
