What do you like most?
Ease of use and integration across an entire hotel for every department. The ability to be a one-stop reporting shop for management. Lastly the localized support is phenomenal.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Firstly to be able to do breakfast charging directly into Opera! Secondly the ability for automated reporting at the end of month rather than having to manually retrieve this. Lastly a health check on user integration and % functionality reporting to better understand if/how modules are being used effectively.
