What do you like most?
We've been working with Dailypoint since 2019. The system is constantly evolving, which continually benefits us as a hotel. We use the system extensively. Dailypoint certainly isn't the cheapest provider, but it's worth every penny. The added value and cost savings in other areas make the system truly profitable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As mentioned, it's a very comprehensive system. Therefore, we definitely recommend working with certified agencies. This has already allowed us to optimize several processes within our company. Highly recommended!
