What do you like most?
MARA is a very useful and efficient tool for managing guest reviews and our online reputation. It helps streamline the review management process, saves valuable time and makes it easier to respond to guest feedback in a professional and personalized way. One of the biggest advantages is the support it provides in creating high-quality responses while maintaining a consistent tone of voice. The integration with Flexkeeping is also a great benefit, as it allows us to react more quickly to guest complaints and technical issues. This improves communication between departments and helps ensure that problems are addressed promptly, ultimately enhancing the guest experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area for improvement would be to expand the integration options with other Property Management Systems (PMS) and operational tools, rather than relying mainly on Flexkeeping for task management. This would allow more hotels to benefit from automated workflows, improve communication between departments and make it easier to manage guest feedback and follow-up tasks directly within their existing systems.
