What do you like most?
Duve makes everything easier as is a live-tool that helps us to be in touch with our more guests. Check in is so much better with duve as give us time to know our guest while they are filling all documentation in.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think when we integrate upsell offers in our tablets using duve and everything is in the same system would be easier to show everything to the guest.
