What do you like most?
Lighthouse is an essential daily tool for our Revenue Management teams. It provides a clear and quick view of our pricing positioning against the competition, helps identify market developments, and adapt our strategies accordingly. I particularly appreciate the ease of navigation, the reliability of the data, and the ability to analyze rates according to different criteria (dates, length of stay, room types, distribution channels...). It is a real time saver for our RMs who manage several properties and need to make decisions quickly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Lighthouse could go even further in analyzing and anticipating market trends, notably by allowing earlier identification of demand changes before they result in price increases among competitors. For a group like Appart'City, a better consolidated view of all our properties would also be a real asset, with customizable dashboards, comparisons between properties, and smart alerts to prioritize actions. The goal would be to move more from a market observation tool to a true decision support tool, capable of automatically highlighting commercial opportunities and risks to anticipate.
