What do you like most?
Using Journey for our booking engine has resulted in an amazing guest experience with bookings that can include rooms, tables & spa with the additional use of gift vouchers for payment - this has increased our average spends. The ease of use of EMS has been great.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Booking Engine could do with a slight refresh - maybe a little cleaner with a different font & fresher look.
