What do you like most?
We, at Blue Marlin Beach Hotel are working from many years with HotelRunner. Since we started our job as hoteliers is times more easier as before. HotelRunner gave us not only the opportunity to work with many megasearch platforms in a perfectly synchronised way, but is all the time highly responsive to all our requests. We have to be honest and to say that in the time being we received different offers from other channel managers, but will never even consider shifting from HotelRunner. As a team and business we would like to thank you for all the years of successful cooperation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Still don't have clear answers regarding the new PMS software. We will need more tools regarding Google HotelAds, for example - the time of automatic confirmation is too short and if the payment doesn't go through, we have to contact our account manager in HotelRunner with cancellation request.
