What do you like most?
Virtually no training required. Both guests and employees use with ease. Once we went live, we start seeing the benefits immediately. Increase reviews and guest interactions that allowed us to resolve concerns real time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Need to figure how to get guest info into PMS. Improving business intelligence with the guest information should provide opportunity to shift channel production to host websites.
