The service is perfect, all wishes are implemented. If you need help there is always someone there. Requests are always accepted.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
there is not much to improve. Open to something new. It would be good if the information from the anticipation email is automatically transferred to the PMS. That would be a huge relief for the front desk.
