What do you like most?
Roomdex was easy to set in motion and almost immediately proved to be a worthy investment for my hotel. The software paid for itself and generated extra revenue within the first day or two of being implemented.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I have noticed the occasional oversell occur while roomdex is offering upgrades. It might be a failure of our booking engine, but it had caused a slight issue here and there.
