What do you like most?
Saves a lot of time in front of guests when you need to talk to them or they want to ask for something, even towels, they don't have to wait in line or call guest service, they just send a message and we handle it easily
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A message report is separated into automatic messages that we have sent, only those that guests have replied to so that we know that whoever saw it helped him with the information before arriving at the hotel or at all
