1. ease of use and navigating thru the site... 2. features for grading/filtering applications... 3. alerts to email with direct link to new applicants
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
it would be nice for the site to save my sort order when I go back and forth from an application, to the list of applications... would it be possible to filter by rating/stars to only see 4 or 5 star applicants
