Everything is so simple it has all the templates, interview templets. I just love how everything is so simple easy and organized. Everything you can think of is literally at your disposable. You can't go wrong with using this system it is absolutely the best I have ever worked with. 5 stars for sure. They also automatically email you when someone's confirms or wants to change their interview. This system was designed PERFECTLY.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wouldn't change anything everything is good and perfect. I love how easy it is to perform duties for applicants. You can assign tasked for them and go back to review what was done. The survey is automatically graded you do not have to do it yourself. There isnt anything that I would change I dont think it could get any better then what it already is. If it was i would so be so amazed. What mor could you ask for.

Regarding being able to note why someone was not hired- we have a feature called "Disposition codes" that I think will solve this for you. Works well with Indeed without spending additional funds. Easy to sponsor if you have a hard to fill job, though.
Easy system to navigate. It is very easy to train the managers at each of our properties to use this system. It is easy to look at each applicant and their resume and cover letter.
The surveys the applicants take are a good indicator of how qualified they are and assist with choosing who to interview when there are a lot of applicants to weed thru. The tabs at the tops are good.
Easy to separate applicants into Candidates and Declined and then eventually place in the HIRED folder.
Easy to open and close jobs.
Easy to navigate between our different properties or locations.
They surveys/ Quizzes they have that you can put on jobs are nice. It lets you know if someone is truly interested in the job. Some applicants don't even bother to do them, so we immediately weed these out. It is nice that their Survey results show on the main screen / list of applicants/candidates.
It is nice that you have a dedicated support specialist that can assist and be a single point of contact when there are issues.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
My daily report keeps malfunctioning but it is a GREAT report when it works. Please fix the daily applicant report so all posted jobs' applicants can be easily tracked. Mine has malfunctioned multiple times and they take forever to correct it just to have it malfunction again in a few weeks.
No matter how fast my internet is, it still seems to lag between screens.
I REALLY wish there was a place to put notes under each candidate or applicant that shows up on the main screen with the list of applicants/candidates WITHOUT having to click on the candidate and then another tab. It would be extremely helpful when you have multiple people reviewing the candidates. I want to see notes under each candidate. Other programs I have used have this functionality. It would save tons of time because of how slow the system is when going from screen to screen. And then you lose your place and have to start all over.

it would be nice for the site to save my sort order when I go back and forth from an application, to the list of applications... would it be possible to filter by rating/stars to only see 4 or 5 star applicants

I honestly have not run across anything that really needs improved. The recruiting process is very simple! Make the job post, post it, applicant info all comes thru, you can track progress thru the hiring and onboarding process. Its Great!!! I especially love the fact of the interview questions! Makes my job so much easier and the level of "out of the box" questions asked is great!

With Hireology I am able to track all of my candidates from the various recruiting websites and see all the candidates in one spot. With their screening tools I am able to pick out the candidate that has the most potential to be a good fit for the position. I have a better turn out and response rate for candidates that I have considered, and I have had a better quality of candidates who shows up to the interview. The candidates that i have hired have become invaluable assests to my property
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It could be helpful to have better tracking to see what you have done with a candidate. If there was a way to delineate between candidates who have gotten a voicemail, who may have wanted to schedule a follow up call before setting up an interview, a way to see who may not have valid contact information. Something better than going through the notes on the profile.

It looks like Hireology is not recommended by any hotels
Hireology has not yet had their customer support processes certified by Hotel Tech Report. We recommend referencing the GCSC rubric during your demo call to make sure that this vendor has strong processes in place to support customers.
