What do you like most?
I liked the extra revenues from upselling software during high demand periods from Guests, as now the upgrades were paid by guests as a wish for a better stay.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The connection between plusgrade and our pms. For example many times the date of the charge was not in the day of arrival or within the stay but on 2050.
