What do you like most?
We are using HotelChamp to attract more direct bookings on our own website. We are getting alot of leads via HotelChamp forms and I have been happy with their service. There is a lot of potential to get even more conversion via HotelChamp.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing comes to mind, the app is easy to use. I am happy for now how everything is. I believe many hotels can benefit of HotelChamps services.
