What do you like most?
IVvy is very user friendly and the training and support was excellent. The knowledge-based resources are also very helpful. Whenever I have a question or query, the support team are very efficient in responding.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see some improvement with the BEO's. I would like to be able to choose multiple resources, rather than one at a time.
