What do you like most?
Great prestay, poststay, newsletter communication tool. The text writing AI is helpful if you use it correctly. Targeted address management and target group-oriented newsletter writing is good.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are not many suggestions for improvement yet, because it is still in its infancy. The only thing: automatic transfer of motifs to the hotel program would be desirable (as is already the case with the NL query)
