We particularly appreciate the user-friendliness and versatility of the Smart Host newsletter tool. It allows us to address our guests in a targeted and personal manner, which helps us achieve a higher engagement rate. The detailed analyses and reports help us to continuously improve our campaigns and optimally tailor them to the needs of our guests. In addition, Smart Host's support is fast and competent, which makes working together even more pleasant and efficient. The integration with our existing systems was seamless, saving us time and effort. Since the integration of more templates for different types of campaigns is even more flexible and training on features is also offered, we currently do not see much room for improvement.
